Day 1 Livingstone to Bushcamp
In Livingstone airport, a charter airline representative will assist you in connecting to your flight to Mfuwe. Upon arrival you will be met by Maroon Tours representative, and transferred to Mfuwe Lodge for a short refreshment stop on your way to your first Bush camp. From Mfuwe Lodge you will travel in an open game-viewing vehicle through the National Park. (Approximately 3hours)Chamilandu Bushcamp or similar (2nights)Dinner on arrival
Day 2 Chamilandu
Today experience both morning and evening walks, and combinations of day and night drive. All walks are accompanied by a professional guide and an armed scout. A series of seven ox-bow lagoons around Chamilandu yield diverse habitats and attracts abundant wildlife. As well , explore the area around the campon foot with your guide. (Breakfast,Lunch and Dinner)
Day 3 Chamilandu to Chindeni
After an early breakfast, take the scenic walk to your next camp Chindeni (approximately 3hours) arriving in time for a hearty brunch. Chindeni is surrounded by hills, shaded by ancient ebonies and nestled on the apex of an ox-bow lagoon. It is the perfect location to explore the evergreen forests on foot . View game from your own private raised veranda. Chindeni or similar (3nights)( Breakfast,Lunch and Dinner)
Day 4&5 Chindeni
Morning and late afternoon walks around the surrounding areas. This evening, enjoy an open air dining experience next to the still waters of the lagoon. (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner)
Day 6 Chindeni and Kapamba
This morning, take a game drive to your Bushcamp overlooking the Kapamba River. It is ideal for viewing the abundant wildlife that comes to drink at the river. Walking safaris are exceptional, with numerous trails following the course of the river. Kapamba Bushcamp or similar (2nights)(Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner)
Day 7 Kapamba
Walks will be conducted early in the morning, as nature stirs into the life and the day breaks, and late afternoon as the sun sets. After dark, take a game drive accompanied by a guide and a powerful spotlight to find rare and elusive nocturnal creatures.
Day 8 Kapamba to Lusaka via Mfuwe
You will take a game drive back to Mfuwe Lodge for a refreshment stop before being transferred to Mfuwe Airport for your flight back to Lusaka. (Breakfast)
