CHILD SAFETY SEATS

Travelers are welcome to use child safety seats in Maroon Tours vehicle that have lap and/or shoulder belts harnesses.

You should ensure that your child seat have been approved for use in motor vehicle and used accordingly to manufacturer’s instructions.

GUIDE LINES WITH THE CHILD

1. You have to follow all driver’s instruction when stopping for schedules and breaks.
2. You are to tell the driver immediately if anyone or something is bothering you or you need some assistance.
3. You are to remain seated all the time when the vehicle is moving.

Cancellation policy

Maroon Tours reserve the right to charge the following cancellation fee on cancellation of a confirmed reservation

Date of confirmation of 61 days prior to arrival

25 % of total reservation value (no refund of deposit)

60 days to 31 days prior to arrival

50% of total reservation value

30 days to date of arrival

100% total reservation value
